Calderisms 2

As Sara was preparing dinner, Calder was asking all sorts of questions about how we came to have pieces of a dead chicken on the counter. Sara explained that farmers raise and kill animals for people to eat. The conversation continues:

Calder: "When I grow up, I'm going to be a farmer who doesn't kill animals."
Sara: "Why don't you be a veterinarian and take care of animals?"
Calder: "Yeah. I'll be a veterinarian. And a warrior."

So our son's slogan appears to be "Save the animals, kill the people." If the veterinarian thing doesn't work out I guess he could always fall back on writing obnoxious bumper stickers.
