Wow! So can I hire you to come up to NC to help me with Hudson? :)
No problem! Anytime. Just make it part of the daily routine: hang up a piece of paper in the bathroom and give Hudson a sticker of his choosing each time he pees or poops on the potty, and sit him on the potty many times a day. Before long it will be normal to him and then you just take away the diaper. (I wouldn't try the diaper removal until he's around 2.5.) Of course you'll have some accidents but then he'll feel how it is yucky to be wet. Good luck!
