Last night Milo and I attended the Mother-Son Dance at his school. Milo was very excited about this, his first elementary school dance, and moved like a maniac on the dance floor with his friends Makili, MJ, and Zander. He also danced with me, enjoyed punch with soda (another first!), and bounded on and off the stage like a madman.
Like the Father-Daughter Dance that I volunteered at last month, this dance had a wonderful turnout, with well over a hundred "couples." It was so nice to see so many moms and sons smiling and having a great time together and with friends.
