Like last year, Milo's Fall school field trip was a visit to a farm. The boys had a blast checking out all the animals and cavorting with their friends. Calder particularly loved the horses and all of the red tractors. The tractor ride was a big hit, as was eating lunch by the pond and, afterwards, throwing rocks into the water. I encouraged the boys not to chase the ducks and geese like some of the other children, as I tried to ensure that Calder did not get stuck in the mud on the side of the pond.
