Calder Turns One!

Calder is now a one-year old! In addition to crawling like a madman at lightning speed, Calder can now climb the entire staircase without faltering, say the words "dog" and "fan," sign for his cup of milk and to be picked up, clap his hands, and point to things he wants to eat or touch. When asked, Calder also can fetch his cup of milk and his best stuffed animal friend, "Blue." I daresay that our dogs have taught him well. . . . Unfortunately, Calder's developmental milestones also have heralded the arrival of tantrums. Boy can he wail and flail if he doesn't get what he wants.
